Perytons and dresden elektronik ingenieurtechnik gmbh announced today the addition of dresden
elektronik USB Dongles deRFusb to the Perytons Analyzers supported list of front-end devices.
The USB Dongles deRFusb are based on ATMEL's state of the art low power RF chipset for 802.15.4
based wireless sensor networks.
The USB Dongles by dresden elektronik will be compatible with both the 2.4 GHz and SubGHz Perytons
Analyzer models. Additionally, the dresden elektronik SubGHz USB Dongles deRFusb13E06 will be
submitted as part of the first multi-channel capable analyzer for SubGHz networks running 802.15.4
based protocols in the market – the Peryton-SGMx family.
The Peryton-SGMx family of Perytons Analyzers is planned to be released during the month of December
2010.

The dresden elektronik USB Dongles can be used with all the Perytons Analyzer models that have data
capturing capabilities:
Peryton-D – for single channel capture of 2.4 GHz Networks with enhanced diversity
Peryton-SGM4, 7 and 11 – for simultaneous capture of multiple channels in SubGHz Networks (expected
availability during December 2010)
