information about teaching kids to read. It gives me new strategies that I have never heard of
that I will most certainly use.

listed in a series of four steps. One of which is to “let it make sense”. I can use these tips to

information and tips on how to help kids learn more effectively when I am tutoring. I can use

youth. This article talks about how students are unmotivated and disengaged. This source
gives information about how you can help students engage and the possible reasons for
them being disengaged. This source is relevant to my inquiry question for my capstone project
because when I am tutoring and helping students I want them to be interested and engaged. I
want to help kids understand subject material better and before I do that I have to get to the root
of the problem which is “why don’t kids want to learn?”
