dams around the world, 9th -14th June 2019 at Ottawa, Canada
Dear Sir,
Greetings from INCOLD, New Delhi.
We understand that you are going to attend the above ICOLD event from 9-14th June 2019
at Ottawa, Canada.
We are happy to inform you that the Indian delegation is being led by Shri D.K. Sharma,
President, INCOLD and Chairman, Bhakra Beas Management Board. For the effective
coordination and communication about the various activities during the ICOLD event at
Ottawa, a Whatsapp Group of Indian delegation is being launched shortly. In anticipation of
your consent, we will be adding your phone no in the Group. We also request you to kindly
arrange to send back the enclosed form duly filled-in the details to this office at the earliest.
Further, there are many Canadian companies like BC Hydro, Manitoba Hydro, CDA, Hatch
Energy etc., involved with the development and management of dam and hydropower who
are keen to meet the Indian Delegation to explore the possibility for their collaboration and
working in the different Indian projects.
Keeping in view the above, a informal meeting of Indian delegation with Canadian
Counsellor and Trade Commissioner from Canada High Commission at New Delhi has been
fixed on 4th June 2019 at 18:00 hrs. in the Conference Hall of CBIP, Malcha Marg,
Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The meeting will be followed by Dinner.

Since you are attending the ICOLD event at Ottawa, we request you to kindly make it
convenient to attend the deliberations of the meeting.
