Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you feel about
conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did you feel about
discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your colleague react to your
assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you made will your colleague apply in
her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience? Why/Why not?

After I have observed Esra, I found out its important to observe someone who is at your age and have the same
view that you have. I have learned from Esra its very essential to have an appropriate amount for any resource for
the students. When I discussed this with Esra, she was listening to my advice kindly, she thought that I am 100
percent correct. I told her that to bring enough gifts because there were 2 boys who answered and Esra told them
you will get a gift, then we she was searching for it, she could not find. I saw this make the students unconfident.
Esra said she felt that too, and later on she will bring more gifts.

Please share feedback immediately following the observation once the forms are completed.
