Promoted by the stakeholders, this is a study of who
will realize the project and what are the activities and the
structures that will be created.
Here are listed the main actors of the project and the
interventions/activities that will be developed my them,
in order of intensity and level of development.

The diagram is divided in four phases, starting from the


center and going, ring by ring, outside.
This is the logic of the money-flow. The economic sustenability is based on a circle that starts from an investment by the actors, and also an
investment by sponsors (that will grow year by year), on the development of the cultural centers and festivals. Festivals will attract more people,
that will generate an induct, that at the end of the cycle will divided in capital earned by the investors and capital re-invested in the expansion of
the city and festivals.

Then, every time, the cycle will restart from the beginning and work endlessly.
