A Study was carried out in recent past for reclaiming of potable water from huge volume of waste
water being wasted by different industries. Disposal of this waste water is also a serious problem
for which expansive treatment plant is required. Further a huge land area goes in mud where
nearby natural drain not available.
After study, research and various experiments, FEW developed the proven solution by which
waste water can be reclaim more than 90% as potable water and remaining 10% solid waste and
Salts can converts in semi liquid cum solid state having very minimize volume which can be
dispose-off easily or can be burn in Power generation furnaces.
The system can handle bulk waste liquid upto 200,000 gallons per day or more, through this,
180,000 gallons clear & potable water can be reclaimed for using in water cycle of process
industry as well as drinking. Industries are investing huge amount for provision of water which
can be cut down by installing FEW newly developed system in a minimum space of land. Saving
on provision of water can compensate the cost of project within a year time, whereas the life of
developed system is above 25 operational years with routine maintenance.
