Chapter 1

Introduction

Our world today is still dealing with manually or by hand even the technology today is

rising rapidly. Things that we were once done manually have now become computerized

operating system, which simply require a single click of a mouse to get a task completed.

Eastern Samar State University today are still using paper works for saving their documents

even technologies today are expanding through the pass of time. The growing problem of paper

Works present a tremendous to management here in school. The volume of paperworks is

continually growing. The cost doing that paperworks has been rising rapidly.

. In other campuses, the Employees information System is the most effective system for

saving employees information. In University Of the philippines, they using this system for good

of the information of the employees and to see the performance and attendance of the

epmployees. Their system have a well designed hardware created also by the student of UP

and Data based for storing data and Log in form for the security of the system.

Therefore, researchers proposed an ESSUC Employees Information System to monitor

and stored data of the employees to see the attendance and performance in easy way. First and

for most of this system should have a Log in form for the security of the system in the first form,

the socond form is the main form that could add, edit, delete and update information, and the

most important is the data based to stored data to keep safe the information of the employees,

this system created thruogh C Sharp (C#) Programming.

Objectives

The EASTERN SAMAR STATE UNIVERSITY – CAN AVID CAMPUS EMPLOYEES

INFORMATION SYSTEM Project aims:

 to simplify the task of maintaining records of employees in campus.

 To develop an well designed data base to store employees information.

 To provide a comprehensive approach towards the management of

employee’s information.

 To remove paper works for managing employee’s information.
