PROCESS FLOW:

STEP1: Prepare all ingredients needed.

Garlic & Onion Beaten Egg Pineapple Tidbits Flatten Bread

Mozzarella Cheese Boiled Egg Tuna Flakes Bread Crumbs

STEP2: Flatten the bread using the rolling pin.


STEP3: Wrap the pineapple tidbits, egg, tuna flakes and mozzarella cheese inside by

rolling the bread.

STEP4: Dip the bread in a beaten egg for at least 3 to 5 seconds.

STEP5: Roll the bread in the bread crumbs.


STEP6: Cook the bread with the butter in a heated nonstick pan and cook until it

become golden brown.

STEP7: Put it in a serving plate with sauce toppings and ready to serve.

➢ TUNAPINE BREAD ROLL is a food that fits in anytime, most likely breakfast,
lunch and merienda time, since its main ingredients are bread and tuna which
are preferred by customers.
➢ We aim to introduce our product to our future customers who are looking for
affordable, delicious and nutritious snack. Offering the TUNAPINE BREAD ROLL
would not only to satisfy our customers’ cravings but also gain health benefits in
low cost.
