2 We have SD/PP/MM/WM/PM/QM/FI/CO modules implemented

3 We are using forecast based planning MRP Type - VV
4 Reorder point planning we are using for Indirect materials MRP Type - VB
5 For Export FG we are planning to Planing entry file MRP type - PD

6 W have created Sales shecheduling agreemetn for each FG for the year or till the next engineering change In this SA we are using MRP type DS(Delivery Schedule) as B-Requirement
according to Validity and delivery according to JIT

7 There are two type of release we are receiving from the customer The Planning delivery schedule with update automatically based on the rule

1. Shipping releases and 2. Planning releases Ford is referring the Hourly Material Release Schedule which is called JIT
delivery in SAP
1. Shipping releases is the Firm requirement which we are considering in JIT 862 - Idoc background job is scheduled on daily basis
2. Planning releases is considering as forecast planning 830- IDOC background job schedule on weekly basis on every Saturday

B-During the JIT horizon, the MRP and delivery is based on JIT delivery
JDS will come for next two weeks and FDS will come for next 12 months, on based on this demand we schedule (JDS), the period out of JIT horizon MRP and delivery will based on
running MRP and Independent requirement will be generated the Forecast delivery schedule (FDS)
What is JIT horizon? It will update when a new release for idoc 862 comes in.

8 We have considered 2 shift stock as safety stock if one shift capacity is 350 Cars sets than 700 Car sets we MRP run on Weekly basis

After MRP RUN Planner releases the planning on weekly basis

Issue the list of Planned order for week to the shop floor

Repetitive Manufacturing is a time based flow and Discrete and Process are orders-based flow.
