supportive and constructively critical. They will be asked probing questions,
and invited to explore their own abilities, behaviors and potential.

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE:

Younger professionals who are:

New to leadership positions

Aspiring to leadership positions

COST: $500 with limited
scholarships availible.

or satisfying as they would hope

FORMAT: Participants will be given relatively short reading assignments and should
be prepared to discuss their lived experiences that are relevant for a given topic.
Each session will start with a short (15-30 minute) presentation followed by Q&A, group
support and peer sharing and probing questions that are designed to help participants
grow and develop.
