ANSWERS:

I. MOTIVATION
1. Because I want to become one of the minister of Christ and also to study the Philosophy and have earn a
bachelor’s degree.
2. Yes, it was my decision to study in the seminary.
I finally decided when I saw myself that are willing to serve and give my life to God.
3. In terms of making decision, I was asked more advises and guidance to my close friends, teachers,
priests and especially my families if my decision would good for me and help my life better because this
is I want to be in the future, I want to help and I want to serve.
4. Yes. I were dealing with them by looking for better ways and get a guidance for someone to help and
turn my weaknesses into strengths.
5. The priesthood is to act a leader of the church, celebrating the mass or eucharist. The God has chosen
them to serve the people and the church and preaching the Gods word.
To be a good follower of Christ, I want to help the poor people and to be a good one.

II. FAMILY REALITIES


1. I have been great a relationship with my parents even though we are small and simple family but we
have a good relationship to each other. My other family members, as an elder brother we also have
been a good relationship to my 3 brothers and 2 sisters, we were all studying except our younger
brother who are 3 years old.

III. HUMAN FORMATION


1. I simply describe myself because I am just a simple man. The man who came from a simple family so I
live with simple life, simple to laugh, simple to love and all are simple.
2. As a man my two strength are: I’m a good with discipline and I’m
Weaknesses: lack of confidence and sensitive
3. I feel sad and failure. I try to give my best to avoid mistakes and I asked someone else for help to
correct it.
4. I could tell myself that I was lucky person to have this kind of virtues such as: respect, obedient, kind
and more good traits. When I was a child, my parents and grandparents taught us this kind of moral
virtues so that me and my family members should have practiced so that when we grow up we would
have a good attitude unlike the others.
5. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. It would depends the situations.
6. I could say yes and no because sometimes I can’t control my emotions and I’m still crying.

IV. SPIRITUAL FORMATION


1. My simplest understanding of spirituality is more living practice in spiritual life and have a relationship
between the heart and mind.
2. My relationship with God is I look God as my Father, whatever I have He have given it; He give me life
so I would praise and love him with all my heart, with all my soul and with all my mind. I let God to
decide all things for me including my decisions and I often talked to Him in intimate.
3. My experience of God in my life is that when I heartfully prayed in the chapel I could feel of his
presence and his LOVE.
4. My most favorite spiritual activity is mass because this what I want to be when I become a priest, and
also to received the body of Christ.
5. My least favorite spiritual activity is meditation prayer because I want to pray in silence and able to talk
with God.

V. INTELLECTUAL FORMATION

3. The struggles in my studies are when those topics of the subjects that I cannot understand and I need
to study hard more so that I could have more knowledge and relate those subjects and I can perform
well and participate well because it’s for my own good.
4. The most I like in my studies are English and Solfeggio, even though I was not good for this subjects but
there was saying that the more you love the more you like.
5. My study habit is not daily, I only study if we have an exam or assignments but I still to study and
review the notes after the class so that I could remember the topics that we had discussed of our
professor. During the night study period I was only just read what I had write during the class and
sometimes I had to read the novels and sometimes I can just sleep and waiting the bell ringing for night
prayers.

VI. PASTORAL FORMATION


1. My simplest understanding of pastoral is more on catechisms which means a religious teaching of
children and adults. The church leaders were lead, guide, feed, help and protect the people by teaching
and living the faith and the word of God.

4. When we go to our pastoral area into the chapel of San Roque, we find first all the children I was the
one who call their names for the attendance
