When the diverter valve is al "ahead" or “astem” position, a stream uf hydraulic oil flows to the controlling end of pressure valve through throttling valve (9), making the system pressure raising gradually to working pressure 1.1-1.3MPa in an interval of 3-5 sec. hp AB YEO.
