Brief Description

At shop floor understanding the flow of hose production, necessary parameter like temperature in
different zone, rpm of extrusion machine, breakdown in the process also at injection molding
shop. In tool room I trained to use the measuring instrument in practical.

In quality control I spent my remaining time in checking of hoses produced in line, making PIR
sheet based on Quality Plan, Tally sheet, JES, 5S, and basic knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and
FMEA. In receiving inspection trained to check out defects in incoming material, their tagging,
after inspecting from gages and testing equipment, necessary documentation like MOM, SQDR,
and 8D.

solution to meet customer cost +technical need.
 Analytical ability and abilities to work independently with minimum supervision.
 Adaptable and self motivated thinker and can work constructively in various condition.
