Shall the Town of Acton be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half,
so-called, the amounts required to pay the Town’s allocable share of the bond issued by the
Acton-Boxborough Regional School District for the purpose of paying costs for the design and
construction of a new CT Douglas/Paul Gates Elementary School and Carol Huebner Early Childhood
Program into a single facility on the Gates School Site located at 75 Spruce St, Acton including the
payment of all costs incidental or related thereto?
