COOPERATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on December 12th, 2019

between

Guangzhou Good Gamy Internet Technology Co., Ltd, a Company duly incorporated
and existing under the laws of People’s Republic of China, with its principal office
located at Guangzhou, Guangdong, PRC (hereinafter called “the Company”) of the one
part,

and

KAYA ILMU ,YouTube ID (ID USER 7vhZBo_tBTeb5G4jsjjSwg , ID CHANNEL

UC7vhZBo_tBTeb5G4jsjjSwg ,
Links of Channel https://www.youtube.com/c/KAYAILMU,
Game ID and Server 12508409 SnowHighlands,
located at INDONESIA hereinafter called ‘the YouTuber’) as the other party.

Whereas the Company desires that the Works known as YouTuber of LifeAfter should
be executed by the YouTuber, and has offered proposal to the YouTuber for the
execution and completion of these Works and the remedying of any defects therein,

The Company and the YouTuber agree as follows:

1. In this Agreement words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are
respectively assigned to them in the Conditions of Agreement hereinafter referred to.

2. The following documents shall be deemed to form and be read and construed
as part of this Agreement. For the purposes of interpretation, the priority of
 the documents shall be in accordance with the following sequence:

(a) The YouTuber Cooperation Agreement and its amendments (if

any);

(b) Appendix;

(c) Any other documents forming part of the Agreement.

3. The duration of the Agreement hereto, should be from December 12th, 2019 to June
11th, 2020

4. In consideration of the payments to be made by the Company to the YouTuber as

hereinafter mentioned, the YouTuber hereby covenants with the Company to design,
execute and complete the Works referred to in the Appendix and remedy any
defects therein, in conformity with the provisions of the Agreement.

5. The Company hereby covenants to pay the YouTuber the amount of

___$100____ per month (hereinafter called "Accepted Agreement Amount"), in
consideration of the execution and completion of the Works and the
remedying of defects therein, the Agreement Price at the times and in the
manner prescribed by the Agreement.

6. The payment account of the YouTuber shall be PayPal, Alipay or WeChat. The
information of the payment account is referred to hereinafter:

7. The Company has the right to terminate the cooperation with the YouTuber herein in
accordance with the situation hereinafter:

(a)The MUST DO referred to in the Appendix is not completed by the YouTuber,

except for the Force Majeure;
 (b)The Works designed, executed and completed by the YouTuber have strongly
adverse impact on the Company and the Game hereinabove;

(c)Released the Confidential Information hereunder to the public.

8. The Confidential Information hereunder refers to all information and data or other
materials, which are unknown to the public and disclosed by the Company to the
YouTuber, including but not limited to, the Company’s any or all business
information, the conditions of the agreement hereto, prices, development plans,
service, clients and market. The Confidential Information includes both those which
are recognized in writing as confidential or proprietary, and those which are given
orally, visually or in some other intangible form. The period of Confidentiality as
agreed by both parties herein is from December 12th, 2019 to December 11th, 2020
calendar years.

9. The Agreement hereto shall come into force on the date when all of the
following conditions have been fulfilled:

(a) Signing of the Agreement hereto by the authorized representatives of both

Parties,

(b) Confirmed by E-mails of both Parties.

In Witness whereof the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed the day
and year first before written.
