5. State of the transatlantic dialogue (Council and Commission statements)

Mrs Lindh, President-in-Office of the Council, and Mr Patten, Member of the Commission, made statements
on the state of the transatlantic dialogue.

769/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and aministrative provisions of the Member States
relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations (sub-
