(Wednesday). Those students who are unable to join by 15/01/2020, the scholarship offered to them will become invalid.
Students studying in class VIII who take admission with Aakash and pay their Registration Fee, Admission Fee & Tuition Fee (1st Installment) on or before
31st December, 2019 will be allowed all-features access to Aakash iTutor till 31st March, 2020.

A duly lled-in Admission Form (which will be provided at the Centre at the time of Admission).

Please Note:
• If at any point of time, the Govt. Charges GST/Service Tax on Scholarship granted, it will be borne by the Students only.
• Technology Fee & Examination Fee will be charged from students as per prospectus however, Top 500 students in Class studying VIII, IX & X and 300
students studying in Class-XI & XII (Medical & Engineering), are exempted from this fee as a special bene t.
• The highest amount of scholarship will not exceed 100% of overall fee in any case whatsoever.
• Kindly carry a printout of this result sheet along with copy of ANTHE Admit Card and a valid Photo-ID (Passport, School I-Card etc.) to the centre at the time
of completing admission formalities.

Type-A: These cash awards are for those students who will be joining Aakash for Two Year /Three Year / Four Year Classroom Courses for Class IX & X /
Class X to XII / Class IX to XII respectively.
Type-B: These cash awards are for those students who will be joining Aakash for One Year Classroom Course for Class IX or Class X or Long Term Digital
Course.

*NECESSARY INFORMATION/CONDITIONS ABOUT CASH AWARDS & EARLY ENROLLMENT BENEFITS:

1. A student will be eligible for Cash Awards in only one category out of the two programs either Classroom Course or Long Term Digital Course and not in
both.

2. To be eligible for Cash Awards, it is mandatory for top 200 students (100 students from each class i.e. moving to class IX & Class X) to join our Long Term
Digital Course before 31st December, 2019 irrespective of whether they join our Classroom Course or not. Once the Long Term Digital Course Enrollment is
done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will ll separate enrollment form for Long Term Digital Course.  No fee will be charged for Long Term
Digital Course. It will be 100% Free.

3. Students joining Two Year Classroom Course for Class IX & X or Three Year Classroom Course for Class X to XII or Four Year Classroom Course for Class IX
to XII will get 40% of total Cash Awards in Academic Year 2020-2021 which will be disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th June,
2020 & 2nd award installment by 15th November, 2020) and remaining 60% of Cash Awards will be disbursed in Academic Year 2021-2022 in 2 equal
installments (3rd award installment by 15th June, 2021 & 4th award installment by 15th November, 2021).

4. Student s joining One Year Classroom Course for Class IX or Class X or Long Term Digital Course will get total Cash Awards disbursed in two equal
installment s (1st award installment by 15th June, 2020 & 2nd award installment by 15th November, 2020).

5. Cash Awards shall be paid by cheque. Installments will be paid by 15th June & 15th November of respective academic years as detailed above, by the centre
of Aakash from where the student appeared for ANTHE or enrolled in Aakash.

6. To be eligible for Cash Awards, a student needs to maintain minimum 85% attendance in classes and tests conducted by AESL failing which it will lead to
discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.

7. A student should maintain good performance i.e. either score a minimum average of 65% marks in all Assessment Tests conducted by AESL(including All
India Aakash Test Series-AIATS) and maintain an AIR in Top 300 in every AIATS as part of Classroom Course or Long Term Digital Course failing which will
lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.

8. The nal decision in both cases i.e. clause (6) and (7) vests with the Chairman & Managing Director, AESL and his decision will be nal & binding on the
student / parents.

9. Students who take admission will be allowed complementary access to Aakash iTutor - Daily Practice Tests (120 Practice Tests for students studying in
class VIII & IX) till 31st March, 2020.

0. Students, studying in Class VIII & IX who take admission with Aakash and pay their Registration Fee, Admission Fee & Tuition Fee (1st Installment) on or
before 31st December, 2019 will be allowed all-features access to Aakash iTutor till 31st March, 2020.
