south to the other parts in INDIA. Ours is an Associate concern of M/S KRISTNA ENGINEERING
WORKS and M/S PRAKASA ENGINEERING WORKS, who are the leading Manufacturers of the
systems and spares for Heavy & Earth Moving Equipments, Cement Industries, Sugar Industries,
Valve Industries, Thermal Power and other allied Industries for more than 4 decades.

 Our Experience with Engineering Sector

We manufacture various product ranges from highly engineered, highly stressed safety critical
castings to components that require close dimensional control.

We have earlier supplied trunion castings for PES Engineers, Hyderabad for the projects of
Medigadda (Telangana) and Annaram (Telangana). Apart from this we have been supplying Rope
Drums, Rope Pulleys for various irrigation projects.

We have supplied a total no of 44 trunions to PES Engineers and the purchase order copies are
enclosed here with. Apart from these, we are regular suppliers for many engineering and OEM’s
like Thyssenkrupp, BHEL, FLSmidth, Schcnek Process (Former Arvos “Alstom”), Fives Group and
also export our castings to Kenya, Zambia, Indonesia etc., for international customers like Manasa
Sugars, Parle, Vietnam. All the relevant engineering purchase order copies were enclosed herewith
for your reference.

We are equipped with dual track induction furnaces (Inductotherm India Make) for melting for a
single piece weight of 15MT. With Close control of the moulding process and expertise methoding
we produce dimensionally true, clean and sound castings. We are equipped with full-fledged and
sophisticated Laboratory consisting of Vacuum emission spectrometer for online chemical
analysis, Electronic universal testing machine, Rockwell cum Brinell Hardness tester and impact
testing machine on which the mechanical properties of the castings are tested, Metallurgical
Microscope with photographic attachment on which the Metallurgical part of the Castings like
grain structure, and grain size will be determined. We have the Non-Destructive testing facilities
like Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Liquid Penetration Testing
(LPI). Very close metallurgical controls are in place to ensure that the chemical and mechanical
properties of materials cast meet national, international and customers own specifications.
All the testing Equipment's are calibrated in regular intervals by the leading calibration
agencies such as M/S Lloyds register, Blue Star etc. Qualified & trained engineers are available to
make use of the facilities to the best possible extent.
