1 S/I/T/C of CEILING MOUNTED JET VENT FAN(Axial Type)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Ductless Ventilation / Axial type Jet fans as per
attached specifications for normal ventilation & smoke exhaust . Each fan shall be complete with
dual speed motor and die cast aluminium impeller. Casing shall be made of Hot dipped
Galvanized steel. The Motor shall be run on the electrical power suitable for 415V/3Ph/ 50Hz.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Ductless Ventilation / Jet fans as per
Specifications for Normal Ventilation and Smoke Exhaust. . The complete fan assembly with its Nos. 0
casing, impeller and motor ( not only motor or one of the item ) shall be sourced from one
manufacturer and certified and tested as per EN12101-3-:2015 300 degree for 2 Hrs
operation.Silencer lenght should be Minimum of 2D.Each Jet Fan assembly shall connect to a
composite PLC Panel controlled by CO Sensors / Fire Alarm System for Smoke Extraction.Model

2 S/I/T/C of TUBE AXIAL FAN WITH IE2 MOTOR(Basement Exhaust)

 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Direct drive Tube Axial fans complete with Pre
Galvanised/MS Powder coated Casing with spun flanges, adjustable pitch die cast aluminium
impeller (Hub and Aerofoil blades) and IE2 motors.Long Casing position shall be as per the job
requirement and shall be marked on the fan assembly.The complete fan assembly with its casing,
impeller and motor ( not only motor or one of the item ) shall be sourced from one manufacturer
and certified and tested as per EN12101-3- 2015 300 degree for 2 Hrs operation.Axial fan should
be licensed to bear AMCA seal for air performance and sound performance or must be
demonstrated in AMCA accredited laboratory as per AMCA publication. The complete assembly
must have certificate of consistency of performance by BSI and must bear CE marking.

performance or must be demonstrated in AMCA accredited laboratory as per AMCA publication.

5 CFD Analysis

5.1 The specific aim of the CFD is to find the optimal locations, number & configuration of the Jet Nos. 0
fans required for the ventilation of the car parking lot, for the given positions of inlets and
exhaust, and given configuration of the exhaust & fresh air fans, such that it meets requirements
of CO exposure limit set by health and safety regulations(FOR BASEMENT)

6 CONTROL PANELS

Supply of Electrical cum PLC Panel for Lower Basement with MCB feeders with starters for for s
dual speed 3 phase Jet Fan fans of 0.8/0.16 kW each,MCCB feeders with starters for Exhaust fans
6.1 single speed & Fresh Air Fan of . controlled by CO Sensors, with suitable incomer MCCB, Set
metering panel, aluminium bus bar , PLC logic controller with necessary internal control wiring
etc

6.2 Basement for ZONES - 1 & 2 - SINGLE PANELS

Design,manufacture, supply of indoor type
floor mounting PLC panel consisting of following.
