NO1: Why can not find the site sign task?
1. The ISDP Mobile account did not binding subcontractor

The site sign task is pushed by the project code, site code and the subcontractor.
If the account not binding the correct subcontractor, can not find out the site sign task.
Who and how to check whether the account binding subcontractor or not ?
Normally, CEG set up subcontractor’s account.
Below is the screen to check the ISDP Mobile.

2. The binding Subcontractor is not the same as the one in DN

The binding subcontractor is not the same as the one in DN in SCM system.
Also can manual input the DN to find out the site sign task.
How to check the correct subcontractor in SCM?
Link 1: Site INV > Site Sign > Sign
Link 2: Site INV > Inventory Mgmt > Onhand Query

3.DN is not shipped in SCM system

If can not find out the site sign DN, maybe central warehouse forget to do DN ship. Need to contact
SCM colleague to do the DN ship.
How to know if the DN is shipped or not in SCM:
Link: Site INV > Inventory Mgmt > Onhand Query

4. DN already been signed

If the DN already been signed, the DN will not show in ISDP mobile.
Can check the DN sign or not in SCM system, if the location type is onsite, mean the DN already been signed.

5.In PH, the DN send from customer warehouse no need to do site sign and site verify.

NO2: Why subcon already on site, but ISDP Mobile still inform that not on site,
can not do site sign and site verify?

Subcon can click the map logo to enter the map, can check if
his location is correct or not:
if correct, should be the location for the Site is wrong. Ask subcon to
provide the correct for the site to jianghuaming 00308129 to update.
And subcon can do the site sign and site verify 5 min after update.
If subcon’s location is not the same as map, should be the Map issue
Upload log and feedback to huawei.

NO3: Why Subon already finish site sign, but not site verify task?

【Two reason】:

1, No all materials need to do site verify, just type and type two materials need to.
Materials subcon signed not need to do site verify.

2, Project team have apply no need to site verify in system.

NO4: What can I do if subcon feedback some issue that I can not handle?

1, Inform subcon to upload log according to below screen.

2, Clear the issue and inform Subcon to provide the ISDP Mobile screen.
3, operation ISDP Mobile account, project code, site code.
4, Create a edts in system or contact me (00282647).
