This programme aims to provide adequate knowledge in the religion, ethic, DURATION OF STUDY
law, history and culture of Islam. It also show the relevance of Islamic con- 2½ Years
cepts and principles to the daily lives of contemporary Muslims as well as 7 Semesters
creating awareness about the problems facing the world today and to
contend their solution according to Islam.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT CAREER PATHS

• A pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), with at least credit in any 3 subjects • Religious Teacher
and Pass in one of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies subjects • Administrator in Mosques
• A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), with a minimum of or Organizations
Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject or any equivalent qualification ; OR • Da’I
• Syariah Consultants
• A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM), with a minimum grade
of Maqbul.
