Ryanair E-Learning Cabin Crew Guide
Introduction:
Ryanair’s E-Learning site is provided Moodle. Moodle stands for Modular
Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment. This is a tried and tested
program used by many international co-operations and organisations.
Technical Requirements:
A high speed internet connection to enable video streaming
Internet Explorer 8 or Mozilla Firefox
A Flash Player version 6 or higher to be able to view flash
presentations
A valid email address
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 9 you must switch your browser to
“Compatibility Mode”.
Getting started:
You can gain access to Ryanair’s E-Learning site from anywhere in the world
that has internet access. The web address is always the same, regardless of
where you are. The web address is:
http://fopstraining.ryanair.com/login/index.php
Logging on:
Enter your crewcode in the username field (all lowercase) and your password
in the bottom field (case sensitive) and click the ‘Login’ button. Your first
login password will be Ryanair737, but you will then be taken to a change
page to reset your password. Standard password format is:
A minimum of 8 characters
At least 1 uppercase
At least 1 lowercase
At least 1 digit
If you cannot remember your username or password, use the ‘forgotten your
username or password?’ link to reset both. An email will be sent to your
email address with a link for verification and to reset.

Navigation:
From “Navigation” menu click on “Courses” to view your options.
Selecting a course:
By clicking on “Cabin Crew Courses”, you will be able to view all the courses
that you are enrolled into. Here is an example:
Select the course you wish to complete. For example: “Triennial Recurrent
Training”.
Course homepage:
Clicking on Triennial Recurrent Training will open the home page for the
selected course.
News Forum:
At the top of each page there is a section called “News Forum”. Although this
is not a compulsory read it is recommended to be read in order to keep in
touch with the latest news on the site and the selected course.
Viewing presentations:
Start the course by viewing the first presentation. You are required to view
this presentation completely in order to move on to the next activity.
After viewing the entire presentation you will access the short quiz which is
the next activity:
Completing a “Quiz”:
Clicking on “Quiz” will open the next page.
You can start the quiz from this page. Once the quiz is completed you will be
given feedback on it with your correct answers highlighted in Green and your
wrong answers highlighted in Red.
“Feedback form”:
On completion of all the different sections of the course you are required to
complete the course “Feedback Form”:
Certificate:
On completion of the “Feedback form” and provided you have completed all
other requirements of the course successfully you will be able to view and
print your certificate. This is the last section of every course.
