DIP-SWITCH SETTINGS

8 DIP-SWITCH SETTINGS
There are 16 DIP-switches on the control system
where a number of variables can be changed ac-
cording to the following:

Frequency On = Frequency inverter

control: connected.

Beep cabin On = Beep when pressing the cab-

in button.

Beep Arrival On = Beep on floor arrival.

Oil Lubrication of screws in propor-

tion of running time.

1: off 2: off = 10 %

1: on 2: off = 20 %

1: off 2: on = 40 %

1: on 2: on = 80 %

Or at least 30 seconds per day.

Fire fire alarm, lift always moves this

floor

1: off 2: off = floor 1

1: on 2: off = floor 2

1: off 2: on = floor 3

1: on 2: on = floor 4

Reserved 1 Double landing is used when a

landing floor has two (double)
doors and you want to have a cab-
in— and call button on each door.
Fire landing is set to that landing
floor with the double doors. An
extra shaft module U3 is placed
on this landing floor. A fire landing
and double landing must be the
same landing floor.

I case with more than one landing

floor with two (double) doors a
special Control board U1 is
needed. This U1 board is not be
interchanged with the standard
U1 board.

FLOOR DISPLAY AND STATISTICS

9 FLOOR DISPLAY AND STATISTICS

9.1 FLOOR DISPLAY & SPEECH
When a floor indicator with or without speech is used, parameters need to be set up. This is done by
pressing the red RESET button on the control system and at the same time pressing the black button on
the control system. Keep them pressed until a long beep is heard (7 sec). When this is done one of the
indicators 1–6 is lit up. With the black button you step the indicator through 1–6.

When the indicator “X” (1–6) is lit you can decrease parameter “X” by pressing cabin button 1 and in-
crease it by pressing cabin button 2.

Example Adjust floor indicator for first landing. Place the lift on the first floor. Press the buttons on the
control system so that one of 1–6 is lit. Push the black button so that indicator 1 is lit.

Press the first and second cabin buttons to adjust the floor indicator. When you are finished press the
red RESET button to return to normal mode.

Move the lift to another floor and repeat the setup procedure.

ERROR MEMORY

11 ERROR MEMORY
The Error memory can show 24 types of errors. The error messages can be viewed by a quick push on
the black button beside the Err-indicator.

Reset the Error Memory completely by holding the black button down for 3 s. Errors indicated are reset
automatically 7 days after the latest event has occurred.

The error message (one of 24 possible) is shown by a control lamp (1-6) in four different groups (levels
1–4).

When the button is pressed the first time the Err-lamp will shine continuously and the control lamps 1-6
indicate the following:

Level 1

1. Door or safety switch broken during run

2. Lock switch broken during run
3. Stop magnet switch 1 double click
4. Stop magnet switch X double click
5. Stop magnet switch Top double click
6. Step error in stop magnet switch (3+stop lift —lost)
When the button is pressed a second time within 60 s. the Err-lamp will repeat one flash and the control
lamps 1-6 (errors 7-12) indicate the following:

Level 2

1. Battery capacity low, below 24,5V.1

2. Battery missing or below 18V.1
3. Emergency lighting missing (check bulb/holder).1
4. 24V overcurrent (check door opener and flat cable).2
5. Door open more than 2 min2
6. Contactor supervisor nonfunctional (clean/replace contactor & plug 5 on U5).2
When the button is pressed for a third time within 60 s the Err-lamp double-flashes and the control
lamps 1-6 (errors 13-18) indicate the following:

1. These errors activates the error relay in U5 causing the beeper to sound when the lift is running. Battery capacity (2:1) and
emergency lighting missing (2:3), must be tested once a month. Perform the test by turning on the emergency lighting for
2..5 hours. The battery current must not drop below 24.5 V during this time.
2. If the Err-lamp flashes rapidly, the lift is blocked by these signals. If it is blocked for more than 30 seconds the error relay in
U5 will be activated.

7000 400 en-GB AA 27

ERROR MEMORY

Level 3

1. Shaft module connection lost (check U3/wiring)

2. Battery test interrupted, high current (check U1 pcb/interupt).
3. Battery test not started, low voltage (battery < 26V).
4. Fire drive is/has been activated/pressed.2
5. Friction test is/has been activated/pressed.2
6. 24V out is lower than 13V and has been disconnected or 24 is missing on connector 232
When the button is pressed down for a fourth time within 60 s the Err-lamp shuts repeatedly off and
the control lamps 1-6 (errors 19-24) indicate the following:

Level 4

1. Photocell switch above during run (only valid for B-lift/Aritco 2000).
2. Photocell test stop > 3 errors (only valid for B-lift/Aritco 2000).2
3. Lock error (> 6 seconds)(only valid for B-lift/Aritco 2000).
4. Run timer time-out (> 120 seconds) (only valid for B-lift/Aritco 2000).
5. Oil pump, high current
6. Fuse E3 supervisior
