1. Introduction

Nowadays, staffing is one of the most important indicators of progress and the development of a country can grow
and flourish that participate provides in all aspects of society for talents to flourish and take advantage of the
resources, human and cultural community (Atlikhani, 2010). Millennium jobs require employees to have a high
level of confidence, commitment and a spirit of cooperation in order to manage them deal with conflicts.
Emotional intelligence skills enables one to avoid difficult situations before they become uncontrollable and it
will be easier for them to manage stress. Those who apply their emotional intelligence are more compatible with
its surroundings.
When people make it either improve their emotional intelligence, their performance improves, better treat, and
the benefits of working increases together increases.
This helps to create an environment where all excoriating. (Bradberry and Greaves, 2005) as well as emotional
intelligence as a useful tool for improving the quality of life and performances people acknowledged at work.
(Ignatand Clipa, 2012).
Emotional Intelligence is an important predictor of organizational outcomes such as job satisfaction is important.
According to theories of emotional intelligence, feelings towards the person who has knowledge and can stress,
negative emotions and feelings as well as their failure to control, can establish better relations with colleagues

The meaning of emotional intelligence rooted in the structure ofThorndike social intelligence.AfterGardner
(according to Shoshtarian, 2007) emotional intelligence introduced as one of seven areas theory of multiple
intelligences, Gardner's view of social intelligence, interpersonal intelligence and interpersonal.
Later Goleman (1995: quotes of the agronomic, 2008) raised the issue that emotional intelligence includes
features such as self-awareness, management and control of emotions, stimulate their empathy is manipulated
relations department. The investigation determined that other employees with high emotional intelligence are
happier and have more commitment to achieve greater success, better performance at work and in relationships
with others, sense of enthusiasm, trust and cooperation are (Nordin, 2011). They are sensitive people who are
sympathetic to the emotions of others (Lee and Ok, 2012).
In general, research has shown that emotional intelligence agency, with career variables including performance,
achievement, motivation, quality of work life is so relevant. Researchers such as Greenberg and Baron (1997)
believe that the quality of working life as an element of organizational development, including donor motivation,
satisfaction, commitment and job responsibilities is through the creation of democratic space and staff
participation in organizational decision making to improve performance organization. The role of emotional
intelligence in the workplace is important. Researchers have concluded that emotional intelligence can be a good
predictor of employee job satisfaction and job performance (Sy et al., 2006)
Job Satisfaction is dependent variable in this research. Spector (2000, according to Mirzavandi, 2004) Job
satisfaction is defined as an attitude that show howpeople feeling intheir job from different aspects.
Simply put, job satisfaction is an indicator that shows the level of public interest in relation to their jobs. Job
satisfaction and self-assessment of how much people are interested in his work, refers to a specific interaction in
relation to pay, promotion, supervision, benefits, contingent rewards, operating conditions, coworkers, nature of
work and relationships with others (Yuceland Bektas, 2012). Job satisfaction can be seen as a positive feeling
gained from an employee's personal opinion about your work, can be defined (Ignatand Clipa, 2012).Spector
(1997) has offered three reasons for the importance of job satisfaction. Firstly, organizations can make to
humanitarian values. Second, job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction positive behavior can be associated with
negative behavior. Third, job satisfaction is an indicator of organizational operations. Assess job satisfaction may
assess various levels of organizational units. So it will be helpful to improve the weak areas. Since satisfaction
and job dissatisfaction as a complex emotional response is defined as the ratio of jobs, so it appears that job
satisfaction is positively associated with emotional intelligence (Farahbakhsh, 2008).Emotional intelligence can
create a work environment a pleasant working environment and cause job satisfaction, efficient management and
promotion of the organization (Patra, 2004).
Studies show that emotional intelligence has an important role in employee Job Satisfaction. (Malinger and
Bonks,2003). Rose (2006) believes that not happiness comes from a sense of lack of job dissatisfaction, blaming
the employee to contributors and skepticism towards the company. Noticing about job satisfaction it is referring
employee in his job, hissatisfaction at the level of someone who has a positive attitude to work. But someone who
is unhappy with his job, his attitude is negative. Job dissatisfaction is also reduced staff morale is very poor.
About the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction have been several researches to
mention a few of them:
Amir Kabiri et al. (2011) according to researches analyzing the relation between job satisfaction of deputy foreign
that there is a relation between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction in employees and there is relation
between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction
BaniHashemian et al. (2010) in their studies searched between emotional intelligence of managers and job
satisfaction of teachers and they understood that teachers job satisfaction were more in the schools that has
managers with a high emotional intelligence.Other researchers for checking relation between job satisfaction and
emotional intelligence (Lee and Lee, 2008) and Shoshtarian observe positive points between job satisfaction and
emotional intelligence.

employees of the company. The total sample size given that the population is known or unknown, there are two
general formulas. In this paper, according to the formula specified volume of the sample is limited. Cochran
formula error of 5%, the number of samples is 100. To collect information and data for this study of 125
questionnaires were distributed among company employees and about 118 questionnaires were returned. 108
questionnaires were distributed based on the amount of reliable questionnaires have been analyzed in this study.

3-3. Research Tools:

To achieve the research objectives and to design an appropriate questionnaire for each of these variables were
considered to be indicators of operating correctly, they amount to measure. The design of the questionnaire used a
Likert 5 option. In this study, measures of self-shot & Associates in 1998, based on the initial model and Slaovey

analyzing the measure of job satisfaction used the Minnesota questionnaire of emotional intelligence (MSQ)that
is a common questionnaire for measuring emotional intelligence. In this study, standard questionnaires were used

Variable Cronbach α
Emotional Intelligence 84 %
Internal Job Satisfaction 87 %
External Job Satisfaction 78 %
General Job Satisfaction 77 %
Total Job Satisfaction 90 %
All calculated coefficients are higher than the reference value of 0.7 and it means that questionnaires used are
reliable.

3-4. Method of data analysis:

To review the findings of descriptive and inferential statistics were used.

That data has been entered in the cumulative frequency distribution. And then to determine the relationship
between variables of the index stepwise multiple regression was used.

4. Research Findings:
