1.  Kindly present this E­ticket with a valid photo ID at the airport and check­in counter. Our check­in counters are open 4 hours prior 
to departure and close strictly 60 minutes prior to departure.
2.  Ticket cancelled up to 4 hours before scheduled departure will attract cancellation charges of INR 4500 per passenger per sector. The cancellation terms for the Special promotion campaigns

3.  All SSRs and convenience fee is non­refundable.
