Sehr geehrte Leserinnen und Leser,


in der vorliegenden Broschüre stellen wir
Ihnen ergänzende Informationen zum Steuergerät PSM der Baureihen Actros
Neu, Antos, Arocs & Atego Neu (BM963, 964 & 967) vor.

Diese Broschüre ist für Aufbauhersteller bestimmt.


Kenntnisse über das Steuergerät PSM und über den Aufbau-CAN nach
ISO11898 bzw. ISO11992 wird vorausgesetzt.

Alle in dieser Broschüre aufgeführten Daten entsprechen dem technischen


Stand bei Redaktionsschluss im Juni 2015 und können daher vom aktuellen
Serienstand abweichen.

Änderungen und Neuerungen werden ausschließlich


in den entsprechenden Literaturarten im WIS
(Werkstatt Information System) veröffentlicht.

Verwendung mehrerer Steuergeräte am Aufbau-CAN nach ISO11898


PSM Code E3Y+E3Z
Beim Anschluss mehrerer externer Steuergeräte am Aufbau-CAN nach ISO11898 müssen folgende Punkte beachtet werden:

• Der Anschluss von zwei oder mehr Steuergeräten am Aufbau-CAN darf nicht auf einem einzelnen CAN-Knotenpunkt
erfolgen.

• Für jedes Steuergerät ist ein eigener CAN-Knotenpunkt (node) vorzusehen. Der Abstand (D) zwischen den einzelnen
CAN-Knotenpunkte muss mindestens 100mm betragen (siehe Abbildung 2)

• die Datenleitung (l) vom Steuergerät zum Aufbau-CAN darf maximal 1000mm lang sein (siehe Abbildung 1)

• es darf nur ein Aufbau-Steuergerät (Master) direkt mit dem PSM kommunizieren, die übrigen Aufbau-Steuergeräte
(Slave) können untereinander frei Daten austauschen.

• Das Steuergerät, welches direkt mit dem PSM kommuniziert, muss einen Abschlusswiderstand 120Ω (Ohm) an
CAN-high haben (siehe Abbildung 1), alternativ: je einen Abschlußwiderstand 60Ω an CAN-high und CAN-low.

• Der Identifier der ABH-Diagnose-Nachricht darf nicht die Gleiche sein, wie eine seitens PSM bereits gesendete bzw.
empfangene Nachricht
