After being raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason in 2010, I have been oriented in the

activities and principles of the different bodies and organizations that further enhance our abilities as
masons to more put into practice our moral duties after we retire from our respective lodges. Of them, it is
the Nobility of Shrinedom that not only tickled my curiosity but rather ignited my desire to participate in its
undertakings. This endeavour has arisen way back 2012, but to combat my personal demons then such
dream has to be differed at a later date.

Three years after, being more ready and in anyway more capable, such opportunity presented
itself and finally I was able to overcome the Hot Sands Ceremonial at SBMA; and after being invested
with our symbolic Fez whose representation is no different than that of the mason’s apron of labor
allowed me to further display the doctrines of the shriners.

Tonight, I speak in front of each and everyone of you for being given the privilege to represent our
noble order and lead my fellow nobles for the ensuing year. An intention never easy succeeding the
accomplishments of our Immediate Past President Noble Francis Dimaliwat. Allow me to express my
gratitude for paving the way and designing the skeletal framework on how I may apply during this year of
my incumbency. NOBILITIES!!!, Let’s get to work!!! My first order of business after we enjoy the festivities
of this evenings celebration is for all of us to more enjoy the holidays with our respective families and
loved ones.

For when 2020 marks our calendars, we will have the enviable task to perform the 1st section
drama on the Clark Ceremonial to be attended by our Imperial Potentate and as your President I will
personally supervise the performing team to check their proficiency and conformity to our rituals. This,
and other upcoming ceremonials I encourage you to attend, if possible, enjoin worthy members of our
lodges to participate in our common interest that will enable us to perform our duties to our club.

Duties to our fellow shriners and masonic brothers we will as well address, not only shall I
encourage you to support ceremonials but also activities of other masonic bodies of the district. I will
present my utmost support and selfless motives of us nobles to the Presiding Officers of these Bodies as
well as the respective Worshipful Masters of our lodges and offer our assistance to every charity work or
community project we may be of service.

Most importantly, our duties to the community especially to those burned and crippled children
will be addressed with unwavering attention, I urge every Noble Brother to participate in the collective
effort in search of deserving recipients for our charities and rest assured that all endorsements will be
given proper due course.

To end allow me to present to you a quote I once came across which read “ If you wrote a book
on how to fail?; and it failed; would you call it a success? “. It will always boil down on how we define
success, however with such achievements waiting to be accomplished and with respect to these past
Presidents of Mt. Arayat, failure will never be an option. Not now, not for the succeeding leaderships to
come for unlike the dreams represented by the bubbles in our significant anthem, these ambitions will not
simply fade and die. They will be realized by a strict adherence to the constitutions of our Most Worshipful
Grand Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons of the Philippines together with the By-Laws of out Temple and
the Unwritten Rule of the Shrinedom my noble sirs, we will journey with FUN, FUN, FUN!!! Towards their
attainment.

Good Evening, Happy Holidays and a Prosperous New Year ahead Noble Sirs.
