1 Scope

1.1 General background

PROG0298.E00.00 is a patch to update only

the version NB45-003_E02.21.

1.2 Standard radar installation via USB stick

 This program controls the complete patch installation of the NSC software on the target system.

 The installation procedure replaces some files of the NSC software via batch files.

 The installation procedure is possible only in Administrator mode, update via EggShell is not supported.

2 Patch installation of NSC software

2.1 Build the USB-Stick

 Copy file „PROG0298_E00.00.exe“ from the server to a normal PC with USB Port.

 Plug in the USB stick into the PC and wait for readiness.

 Copy file the „PROG0298_E00.00.exe“ file to the USB stick.

The USB stick is now complete.

2.2 Installation on A3300M / A320 / Box PC

 Start display in Administrator mode.

 Connect the USB stick with the PROG0298_E00.00.exe to the USB port.
 Open the Windows Explorer and start the PROG0298_E00.00.exe on the USB stick.
 The installation will run automatically.
 After install the files an html page will be open to show the actual installed module versions.

 Push the “Close”-Button in the “NSC Systeminformation” window to finish the update.
