Job Responcibilities:
 Handling Boiler/WTP, WWS/Chemicals & ESP
 Sales Commissioning and execution of Boilers and Heaters,Waste treatment
plants,R.O plants,D.M plants,ESP’s.
 Coordinating for different site activities, troubleshooting and providing
technical assistance.
 Developing marketing strategies.
 To do data analysis to push sales.
Channel Management
 Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable
channel partners; implementing effective strategies to maximise sales and
achieve revenue & collection targets.
 Ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely
deliveries to the customers
 Handling collection, pending payments & debtor status and ensuring nil
outstanding.
Business Development
 Developing and implementing marketing plans designed to assure
achievement of volume, quality, market share and profit objectives.
 Preparing ABP, and involved in OEM development.
 Managing sales & marketing operations; conducting various sales promotional
activities as a part of brand building effort.
People Management
 Leading, training & monitoring team members to ensure efficiency in
business operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
 Conducting meetings for setting up the sales objectives and designing or
streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of the sales
operations.

metal work, forging and machining.
 Two months Industrial Training at Cold rolling division of BHUSHAN POWER AND
STEELS LTD. comprising working on hot roll slitter, coil buildup line, rolling mill, cut to
length line and various processes like annealing, pickling and quality control
 Two months training at Punjab tractors limited ,Mohali
