-Deciding Sourcing Mix for various open positions at SEG Head Office and Branches.
-Sourcing through Job Portals, Internal Website, Placement Agencies, Employee Referrals, Social Networking
Sites, HR Network, Direct applications and Advertisement.
- Source candidates for diverse verticals at all levels through walk-in drives, manpower consultants and
employee referrals
-Coordinating interviews with line managers and Top Management Team.
-Hiring every new member through Talent acquisition Module (TAM) Candidate Gateway (CG). (Oracle
System)
-Develop strong panel and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both.
-On-Boarding new member joining Forbes Marshall.
-Taking care of all the requirements at Head Office and Branches.
-Responsible for end to end recruitment & closing positions for all levels of experience.
Managing and maintaining a pipeline of candidate for each open requirement by means of internal database
search, Internet Posting, Recruitment Portals and Vendor Network.
- Participate in meetings with Line Managers for understanding requirements of the open positions.
Help the Line Managers to raise requisition for any open position in the system Oracle.
- Participate in recruitment, interview and selection of candidates for various levels of position openings and
promote a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
-Effectively negotiated and closed candidates on salary requirements, benefits, relocation, commuter
preferences, and counter offers.
-Present verbal offers of employment to selected candidates and complete necessary paperwork after hire and
before hire.
- Preparing & issuing Offer letters to all the new joiners.
-Develop strong panel and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both.
Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working
conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information.
-Closed positions from LinkedIn as a cost effective method of sourcing.
-On- boarding of new joiners.
- Hiring new joiners in the Oracle system.
Study and analyze the Talent Integration (On-Boarding) Process at Forbes Marshall.
Conducted a research on Talent Integration process and provided recommendations on basis of study and
observations.
Winter Project (Dec 2012 to Feb 2013) Learning and Development at Forbes Marshall
Planned and organized a customer training program for Control instrumentation group (CIG) at Forbes Marshall
with internal faculty and external participants.
