to Pakistan Telecommunications Authority and all other
concern government domains as described by government of
Pakistan.

2. Connect Communications (Pvt.) Ltd. does not bear any kind of responsibility
for any data loss or privacy violation or misdirected emails.

3. The connection is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Sending or transmitting any message or content is strictly prohibited, which

is offensive or immoral against any religion, is of racial or of political
nature is considered indecent, libelous, infringe regulations, laws and rules
or in any way menacing in nature.

5. Attempting to gain access of any system connected on Connect�s network or

internet or any resource not accessible to him/her is strictly prohibited and
considered illegal and liable for prosecution according to laws of government of
Pakistan.

6. Breaking into restricted networks, databases and data storage, indulging into
hacking transferring any type of electronic virus, is considered illegal and
liable for prosecution according to laws of government of Pakistan.

7. Indulge in any activity, which is contrary to Internet etiquette like

spamming, and any action, which might cause harm to normal activity of the
network, is considered illegal and liable for prosecution according to laws of
Government of Pakistan.

8. Connect Communications (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any
application without assigning any reason.

9. The Dealer/Customer will not indulge in the following activity:-

a. The service for illegal/unlawful purpose.

b. Infringe any copyright law or Intellectual property rights
specifically information resource available via Internet
Service.

10. The connection provided is solely for household usage and cannot be use
commercially by Cyber Caf�, ISP, or similar business.

12. The connection provided is for individual use only, multiple logins and of
reselling is not allowed.

11. Connect Communications (Pvt.) Ltd. is not responsible for any electrical,
technical misshape or malfunction beyond Connect�s control.

12. Connect Communications (Pvt.) Ltd. does not bear any responsibility or
warranty against any hardware, software or peripheral in use of dealer or
customer.

13. Dealer is liable to completely fill online user account form provided by
Connect Communications with accurate and original information for each
individual household account.
