Help me prove this guy online wrong

I was on Reddit last night, and this guy made the claim that magazines
don’t have as many ads as they used to in them. I said that he was wrong;
most magazines are about 50% advertisements, maybe more.

Help me prove this guy wrong: Using a magazine, find the estimated ratio of
ads to content and put this in a percentage.
