and trouble shooting of all types of Rotating Equipment’s like ( Pumps, compressors, Gear boxes,
Blowers & Fans, Agitators, Centrifuges, Cooling towers , ACC, Drag chain feeders, Belt Conveyors
,Bucket Elevators).
 Reading & Understanding of all Technical Drawings & Vibration Data Collection Analysis.
 Training given to the New Employees about Plant Equipment’s
 Hand Experience on Bucket elevator, Belt Conveyors, Vibrating screen and crusher in Coal handling
plant.
 Have experience in servicing of valves such as Gate valves, Globe valves, butterfly valves,
diaphragm valves, ball valve
 Shut down major jobs has handled(bed coil replacement) ,PA,FD,ID(Fans overhauling),MCT,ACT

 Good knowledge in Gas cutting & welding, All Machine shop Machineries like. (Lathe, Drilling,
Milling, Grinding surface grinding) and all types of Field instruments
 Thickness measurement of Pipe lines and Vessels with Ultrasonic thickness Gauge

MAINTAIN RECORD FOR EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY

 Condition monitoring of rotating & static equipment’s and Preparation of inspection schedule.
 Optimizing the Spares, stores consumption, Inventory Management through SAP Module.
 Maintenance record, Equipment History card, checklists, shutdown reports and Monthly Maintenance
report.
 Finalizing Annual Maintenance Contract, SMP preparation, Sub contracting Management
 Material Planning & scheduling
 Allotting work to efficient contractor
 Preparing the protocols for completion of fabrication work.
 Conducting toolbox meeting and standard maintenance procedures and critical task analysis.
 Strongly adhere to 5’s and TPM policies and procedures
 Conducting Root cause Analysis for breakdowns & ensuring 100% reliability.
