“√” Enterprise Mode

THERE IS NO RISK TO SECURITY by following the compatibility instructions as requested. This is simply a means to allow
higher versions of Internet Explorer (IE10, IE11) compatibility with Lear’s systems which use a lower version (IE8).

Lear, IT group is working to upgrade our systems and provide compatibility for eSRM users. At such time as the
requirements are updated and/or changed, ALL global suppliers to Lear Corporation will be advised accordingly.

Step by Step instructions on the next pages will walk you thru the process to make your computer compatible with Lear
applications for eSRM access and SAP SLM access.

If you cannot resolve on your own, please ask your company’s IT group to ensure there are no updates to firewall or
access, and follow the steps on the following pages IN ORDER.
