lead to an automatic rejection of your application.

ADVICES
to fill in the online form

• Prepare your documents.


Before starting to fill in the form, gather all of your academic documents (reports, diplomas,
academic recognition…) and proof of your identity. These documents will be necessary to fill
your form in validly.
• Be conscientious and meticulous.
Take your time to answer carefully every questions of the form.
• Once your form is complete, submit it and send your documents by postal mail.
If you made a mistake, do not hesitate to go back by using the « Previous » and « Next »
buttons at the bottom of the page.
Be careful, once you will have clicked on the « SUBMIT » button at the last step, it won’t be
possible to make any change anymore. If you don’t submit your file, it will not be
analysed by the file administrators ! Once it’s submitted, send the complete file as
well as the documents to the Admission and Registration Department by April 30 at
the latest.

• As soon as we receive the documents you send us (by postal mail), a


files administrator will take care of its analysis.
• It will then be submitted to the examining board
• If your application is validated, you will receive an acceptance letter
by e-mail and by postal mail. The latter will be sent along with a letter
about the payment and a document for the VISA.

•With your acceptance letter and the necessary documents to withdraw the potential
reservations listed on the letter
•When you’re fully registered, you will receive your ID and password for the online portal as
well as your student card myULiège (as soon as you pay at least 10% of the registration fee)
