Uncontested Motion for Extension of Time

Dear Ms. Dodszuweit:

Please accept this letter as Appellee’s uncontested motion for a one-week

extension of time (from January 3, 2020 to January 10, 2020) to file an answer to the
motion for rehearing in the above-captioned matter.

On Friday December 20, 2019, at the end of the day, this Court ordered
Appellee to file an answer to Appellants’ motion for rehearing within 14 days, which
would be due on January 3, 2020. I had a previously scheduled vacation that began
immediately after December 20, and I am not scheduled to return to the Office until
January 2, 2020, the day before the answer is due. I am requesting a seven day
extension of time to file the answer in the above-captioned matter. I have contacted
opposing counsel who has no objection to a seven-day extension.
