MISSION
To promote and enhance the social, environmental and economic value of
insulating concrete forms in the North American marketplace.
It’s been a busy and exciting time for the CICFI since its inception in June.
The Council of ICF Industries (CICFI) was created in June 2014. The founding
members are Nudura Corporation, Logix Insulated Concrete Forms Ltd., Quad-Lock
Building Systems Ltd. and Superform Products Ltd. The inaugural Chair of the CICFI is
Andy Lennox, Vice President Marketing for Logix ICF, and Murray Snider, President of
Nudura Corporation serves as Vice-Chair.
CICFI has established relationships with a variety of strategic partners such as the
Portland Cement Association, National Ready Mix Association, Cement Association of
Canada, Canadian Ready Mix Association, and Canadian Home Builders Association.
The CICFI has received a warm reception from all our allies and we’ve made a number
of presentations and keynote addresses to many of their conferences over the last six
months. It has been a pleasure to rekindle these relationships and re-introduce our
partners to the levels of professionalism and sophistication of today’s ICF industry.
The CICFI has been on the promotional trail as well, writing articles for Construction
Specifier and Concrete Contractor magazines. The CICFI has also recently joined forces
with the PCA and FEMA to showcase ICF-built safe rooms at the recent International
Builders Show and World Of Concrete.
In November CICFI.org was launched and we held a reception at the 2015 World
Of Concrete to update all the ICF brands and our industry stakeholders on the CICFI’s
