H1:Employee Motivation
There is a significant relationship between performance appraisal satisfaction and
employee motivation.
H2:Work Performance
There is a significant relationship between performance appraisal satisfaction and

employee commitment.
“Methodology”
Data collected by simple random sampling
Each questionare contained 36 questions
110 employee taken out of 900 from 5 departments
Quantitative method was used to analyze data
Linkert scale was included to measure relationships
“Results/Conclusion”
Resercher selected BOC(Bank of Ceylon) Head office to conduct research.The
Questionare was developed to gather information and selected 110 employees as
sample which covered clerical,executive officers and managerial level employees.
