Tips for safety

2. This machine can only be operated by trained or authorized staffs.

3. The maintenance for the machine can only be implemented by us or authorized agents of us.
4. If the operator encounters any case which is not mentioned in this user manual, please
contact us or authorized agents of us for the solution.
5. It’s a must to check and maintain the machine at stipulated time interval.
6. No object which is not suitable for the temperature inside the freezer is allowed.
7. For guaranteeing the normal operation, ventilation and cooling, the distance from each side of
the machine except bottom to the wall should be no less than 30cm. The intake and outtake for
air should not be jammed.
8. For protecting the compressor, please restart the machine in 3 minutes if suffered sudden
power down.
9. If the machine can’t be repaired in a short time when the temperature inside the freezer raised
due to fault or power down, please transfer the goods to where the temperature is suitable for
storing those goods.

△Preparation and attentions before use

1. Transportation: lift the machine from the bottom when transportation. The lean should not
exceed 45 degree. Move and put down the machine gently.
2. Please clean the product before use.
3. Requirements for using environment:
1. Indoor use only.
2. The mounting surface must be fixed, horizontal, incombustible and be able to stand the
weight of the freezer when it’s working.
3. Put it in place where no direct sunshine and heating source. The environment temperature
should not exceed 30℃.
4. It should be clear space around the freezer with distance over 60cm for ventilation and
cooling.
5. Please don’t put the machine in environment where the temperature is too low and freeze
could happen.
6. Pleas don’t put the machine at place where the environment is humid or easy to splash of
waters.
△Attention: please avoid the power cord being damaged by truckles when pushing the low
temperature freezer.
△Attention: please don’t put goods into the freezer when the freezer is just powered on. Put
goods on the refrigeration board after the machine ran for certain period (about one hour). (the
machine should be disused for 24 hours after transportation)

3. No strong vibration or corrosive gas in the environment.

4. No influence from direct sunshine or cooling or heating source.

Working mode of the low temperature freezer: intermittent running

△ Tips for safety
1. Voltage of power supply: the power supply for the machine should be AC 220V/50Hz. If the
voltage of power supply is lower than 198V or higher 242V, a proper automatic voltage stabilizer
is needed. If the frequency is not in accordance with the specification, please apply a frequency
converter of 10KW. The user takes the risk for not obeying this instruction.
2. It’s a must to use special socket with reliable grounding. No extension of power cord is
allowed. If extension of power cord is a must, the extended wire must be copper wire with
diameter larger than 4mm. The diameter of copper wire, which is in the wall and connected to
the power socket, must be larger than 4mm as well.
3. Flammable and combustible articles, as well as corrosive acid and alkali articles are not
allowed to put into the low temperature freezer.
4. The socket for N line can’t be connected with grounding line. Otherwise, electric shock may
happen due to the electrification of the shell of the freezer.
5. Please do not have the power cord be bound together, or compressed by furniture or heavy,
or close to heating source such as compressor.
6. Please keep the key properly, away from the reach of children for avoiding accidents.

△ Instruction for use:

I. First use
1. Properly install the freezer according the environmental requirement after unpacked.
2. The interior of the freezer has already been cleaned when leaving the factory. However, it’s
suggested to scrub the freezer with few neutral detergent, and then clean with water and dry it.
(for electric part, water is not allowed for clean. Please scrub with dry cloth).
3. The preset temperature of the controller of the low temperature freezer is -130℃. The
temperature will be displayed by the controller when powered on and the indicating light of
power supply is on. After turned on operating switch, the machine will start to work in 1 or 3
minutes. The refrigeration system works normally if the temperature inside the freezer reduced
sharply after 30 minutes.
4. For every use, it’s a must to not put goods on the board until the temperature inside the
freezer reduced to -100℃.

II. Temperature adjustment

1. There is a temperature controller with electronic digital display on the control panel of the low
temperature freezer. After powered on, the actual temperature inside the freezer will be
displayed on the digital display in PV window, and the preset temperature will be displayed in SV

IV. Defrost, disuse and maintenance
Defrost
After worked for certain period, the inner surface of the freezer will be frosting. That will influence
the refrigeration effect and increase power consumption. When the frost is too thick, defrost is a
must.
1. Disconnect the machine from power supply, open the door of freezer, and transfer the goods
to a cool place;
2. Open the water outlet. Have frost inside the freezer thaw naturally. Clean the water with dry
cloth. When the frost is softened, use a shovel to remove the frost.
3. For speeding up the process of defrost, a flat container with hot water (temperature not higher
than 50℃) could be put into the freezer. Use dry cloth to clean residual ice and water after
defrost.
5. Connect to power supply and power on the machine for refrigeration. Then put the goods into
the freezer again.

△Attention: For avoiding damaging the freezer, please do not use sharp metal tools for

Disuse：
1. If the freezer will be disused for a long time, it must be disconnected from power supply,
cleaned and dried naturally with door opened.
2. Before reuse, for avoiding freeze of the door seal under low temperature, the door should be
cleaned with dry cloth (especially the joint between the door seal and the case).

Maintenance：
1. For avoiding deformation of the door or cover cause by pressure, please do not put heavy on
the door or cover of the freezer .
2. Clean and maintain the freezer at regular interval. (For safety purpose, it’s a must to
disconnect power supply before scrubbing);
3. Use a wet soft cloth to scrub the surface of the freezer. Neutral detergent for tableware could
be used if the machine is very dirty. At last, use a clean soft cloth to clear water spots.
4. It’s better to use the freezer continuously once it starts work.
5. Clean the fins of heat exchanger once per month to prevent damage of compressor caused
by poor cooling.
Attention: please do not splash water on the freezer, as that will decrease the insulating property
of electronic components and cause rusting of metal components. Please do not use hot water,
corrosive detergent or organic solvent to clean the freezer. Scrubbing brush and wire brush are
not allowed for cleaning the freezer.

Procedure of safe operation

1. This machine can only be operated by trained or authorized staffs.
2. Connect with power supply, then turn on refrigeration switch after set the temperature
needed.
3. Please do not put goods on the refrigeration board until the temperature reduced to -80℃。
4. For avoiding frostbite, it’s a must to wear gloves when putting goods on the board.
5. It’s a must to wear gloves to take out the frozen goods.
6. If the freezer is disused for a long time, it must be disconnected from power supply, cleaned
and dried naturally with door opened.
△Attention: For avoiding damage of the freezer, please do not directly splash water on
the internal wall of the freezer when the freezer is running with low temperature.

Safe Operation for Defrost

After worked for certain period, the surface of the refrigeration board will be frosting. That will
influence the refrigeration effect and increase power consumption. So defrost is a must.
1. Disconnect power supply, then remove the heat preserving cover and wait the frost thaw
naturally.
2. Clean the water with dry cloth. Use a shovel to speed up the process of defrost when the frost
is softened.
3. For speeding up the process of defrost, a flat container with hot water (temperature not higher
than 50℃) could be put on to the refrigeration board. At last, use dry cloth to clean residual ice
and water after defrost.
5. Connect to power supply, then power on the machine for refrigeration.
△Attention: For avoiding damaging the refrigeration board of the freezer, please do not
use sharp metal tools for defrost .
