of children and families.
Achievements/Tasks
Led strategy development within the department, including identifying funding priorities and designing funding mechanisms.
Facilitated multi-sector community development groups focused on improving neighborhood conditions for children and families. This
work led to drastic crime reduction and increased family engagement in neighborhood parks. My work on this project was honored by the
State of Florida for exemplary community leadership.
Designed and implemented major county-wide initiatives. These included Miami-Dade County's largest youth employment initiative and
its largest youth development soccer initiative.
Represented the Children's Trust and communicated its priorities publicly at events, meetings, and for media outlets (radio, T.V.,
newspapers).

Analyzed performance evaluation data and created performance reviews used by the Board of Directors to determine e ectiveness of
