Wedding Package – FJD$2700 - includes all Taxes (minimum charge) whether all or selected
services are utilised, should some of the services not be required, then they cannot be substituted
for other services.

FIJI ORCHID BASIC WEDDING PACKAGE

• Wedding Minister or Celebrant (your choice)

• Bridal Bouquet (either trailing or posy) & Groom’s Buttonhole
• Wedding Co-ordinator
• Wedding venue flower decorations and set up
• Bottle of Sparkling on arrival
• Registration and documentation fee

In the case of those residing in either the UK or Europe, please add FJD$200 for the Apostille Stamp
includes Taxes/non-commissionable.

HELPFUL LEGAL INFORMATION

Registration All couples need to register their intent to marry with the Registry Office in Fiji 28
days prior to arrival.

Documentation The bride and groom must note the following items to allow a smooth process
of registering their intent to marry in Fiji:

• Certified or original copy of Birth Certificates

• Current passport
• If previously married, a copy of the divorce/ annulment papers

A copy of the above documents must be sent to us a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your wedding
so we can forward them to the Registry office in Fiji for processing. Please bring the originals with
you. This would take a minimum 4 weeks from the actual date of the wedding. Please ask our
wedding coordinator for further details at the time of Registration.
