Revised program is attached in appendix.
The program is revised base on the delays occur due to issue in position to the site and also
approval was not granted to demolish the old resident building and delay due to removal of trees.

5.0 NEXT MONTH TASK

01. Block 03 Finishing works.
02. Block 03 Third & Fourth floor Block works & Plastering works, Painting works. Water Proofing.
03. Block 03 Tile works & Bathroom finishes.
04. Block 02 & 03 Roof works.
05. Block 03 Roof beam concrete.
06. Block 04 Third floor slab & beams concrete.
07. Block 04 fourth floor columns concrete.
08. Second & First floor Stair Case works.
09. Block 03,02 Painting works.

6.0 REASON FOR DELAYS

1. Unexpected weather condition.
2. Payment Delays.
3. Drawing & Details Delays.

7.0 MITIGATION MEASURES

1. Program were revised and speed up the Progress
2. Improve the form work method & drawing, method statement was submitted to the Consultant.
3. The Block casting was started nearby premises. Samples are tested & Now block works are started.

8.0 PROBLEMS AND DIFFICULTIES

1. Site clearing and top soil removing items are not in BOQ and therefor work done which we did already,
cannot be claimed. (SSR was submitted on 11.09.2017 for approval.)
2. Soil Excavation & Disposal Rate is not approved (SSR was submitted for approval) on 19.07.2018.
3. Payment delays.
4. Unexpected Weather condition.
5. Quantity Exceeding problems, Some Variation orders are not approved yet.
