New Delhi, the 5th January, 1961
8.0. 75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of
the Constitution, the President is pleased to make the following rules, further to
amend the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, I960, published with the
Ministry of Finance Notification No. F. 12(l)-Est(Spl.)/59, dated the 2nd August,
1960, namely: —
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay)
Amendment Rules, 1961.
(ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st flay of
July, 1959.
1. In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, I960, in
Part 'B',—
