DEED OF CONFIRMATION OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, NIEVES M. LANGCAY, of legal age, married and with residence

at Lecaros Street, Tuguegarao City (hereinafter referred to as the “First
Party”) and TRINIDAD I. BAQUIRAN, of legal age, Filipino, single and a
resident of Minanga, Piat, Cagayan (hereinafter referred to as “Second
Party”) hereby executes this Deed of Confirmation of Sale, details of
which are herein described as follows:

1. That the First Party sometime in September 1999, sold to the Second
Party a particular portion of land more particularly described as
follows:
“One-Ninth (1/9) portion of Lot 4238-B,
containing an area od SEVENTY FIVE POINT
TWENTY SIX (75.26) SQUARE METERS, more or less
and still covered by OCT No. 10865” XXX

For and in consideration of FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P 48,

000.00) in favor of the latter

2. That the parties executed a Deed of Sale for the transaction

mentioned but the same was not been notarized.

Attached hereto is the photocopy of the “Deed of Sale”

marked as Annex “A”.

4. That the parties hereby CONFIRM and AFFIRM the truthfulness and
veracity of the contents of the Deed of Sale executed sometime in
September 1999 in favor of the Second Party.

5. That the parties are hereby executing this Deed of Confirmation to

attest the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legas
purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
12th of November 2019 at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
