I’m Kaarthi. I was born in Trichy. Now I am living in Chennai since last 2 years.

I completed my Graduate B.E in Electronics & Instrumentation Engg. in J.J college of Engineering & Technology
Trichy, also I'm a diploma graduate in Electronics and communication engineering in seshasayee institute of
technology trichy.

presently I'm working in a well reputed company which has been in the automation field for the past 30 years I'm
taking care of both technical and also the sales , I have also know Software Skills like PLC, SCADA, .HMI, I/O
Server, LabVIEW, and XILIN.

I love to work where I can show my talents in my own way of doing critical tasks in troubleshooting and also
works in research oriented projects or works.

I'm the youngest in my home and my father is a driver works for a private organization , mother is a housewife
and my elder brother is works in IT Sector

My strength is I am a self-motivated person and I am a hardworking person.

My long-term goal is to become a successful engineer in a reputed company.

2. Why do you want to work at our company?

Your company is reputed company it is the best way to start my career as a fresher because I enhance my skills
and knowledge and growth personal it is great Chance for me.

3. Why do you want to resign from your previous job?

I took this job right out of college, and the position helped me develop a number of skills necessary for this
industry. However, there was little opportunity for growth, and I felt it was time to move on to a job with more
responsibility. This job will allow me to use the skills I developed at my last job while taking on challenges that I
know I am ready for.

4. Why should I hire you?

I am a quick learner, sincere and hardworking person. I think this job is suitable for me. I have completed my
work within a time. I assure you I will give my best in every work.

My strength is I am a self-motivated person and I am a hardworking person.

My weakness is I'm a little short temper that i can manage my temper easily.

6. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

A smart worker gets noticed fast, achieve faster career growth and is generally going to be wealthier than a hard
worker. A smart worker gets the work done anyhow.

7. Are you a risk taker or do you like to stay away from risks?
I consider myself to be in the middle, but if I were to choose from my past experience, I would think I would
call myself a careful risk taker.

8. Can you work under pressure?

Yes, I have the ability to work under pressure by prioritizing my work and by just staying calm with a positive
attitude. I would organize my work by setting deadlines in order to meet the official deadline given, that will
assist me to manage time.

9. Are you willing to relocate to CANADA if you are employed?

I am absolutely willing to relocate

10. What motivates you to do good job?

 My biggest motivation is family

 Helping others and empowering people & Beating deadlines is what motivates me the most

I'm very organized and I plan everything I do. This helps me to easily find a balance between family and
work.

15. Are you ready to obey the rules and regulation of our company?

Of Course I will. Rules and regulations are normal in every organization. Each employee will need to
observe them so that the organization will do the work and projects properly.

16. If you're told by your boss to do something that you feel is illegal, what would you do?

I would first verify if it's legal or not. If it is legal, then I would continue with the work. If it's
illegal, I would not do the work and tell my manager that this work is illegal. I would also let Human
