Hereinafter called the VENDEE which term shall mean and include all
his heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, administrators,
nominees and assignees etc., of OTHER PART.
WHEREAS, the Vendor herein is the sole, absolute owner and peaceful
possessor and purchaser of the Residential Plot bearing No.394,
admeasuring: 267.0 Sq.Yards or 223.23 Sq.Meters, forming part of
Survey Nos.170 Part, 171 Part, 172 Part, 173, 174 & 175 Part, Situated
at Pragathinagar Grampanchayat, Bachupally Village and Mandal,
Medchal-Malkajgiri District, having purchased the same from: SMT.
G.V. JYOTHI W/O. SRI. BALA REDDY, Vide Registered Document
No.13190/2018, Dated: 18th May, 2018, Registered at S.R.O.
Quthbullapur in the above said land to construct residential building
known as “VINDHYA ENCLAVE” .
The purchaser hereby agree that until and unless he pays the entire sale
consideration to the vendors, he will not be entitled for delivery of
possession of flat and the vendors can with hold possession of the flat.
That the purchaser shall bear the necessary gst, stamp duty and
registration charges for the execution of a Regular sale deed.
