RECIPE

SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE

INGREDIENT X1 BATCH X2 BATCH

CASTER SUGAR 250 G 500 G


DOUBLE CREAM 200 G 400 G
SEA SALT 2 TSP 4 TSP
WATER 60 G 120 G

METHOD:
1. HEAT SUGAR IN HEAVY BASED PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT, SHAKE UNTIL ALL
DISSOLVED AND TURNED GOLDEN BROWN.
2. ADD THE CREAM SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY AND WHISK AT SAME TIME.
ADD SALT AND WATER UNTIL ALL MIXED IN WELL.
3. LEAVE TO COOL AND PUT INTO SQUEEZE BOTTLE
