The above D.D. must be taken along with the given Fee Remittance Slip
on or before 25-04-2019 and confirm the same by calling 08255-238736 to reserve the
seat. The original D.D. should be sent by post so as to reach us on or before 30-04-2019.
In case, the confirmation call or the original D.D. is not received on or before the due date,
your seat will be cancelled. D.D. payable at any other banks or branches will not be
accepted.

4. The fees once paid will not be refunded even if the student does not require the seat or
if the seat is cancelled owing to his failure to come for the admission on the fixed date.
The amount paid for Boarding Charges is only an advance. As there is increase in the
price of all the necessary items, if there is any deficit, you will be intimated separately to
remit the same.
5. Selected students are required to come with their parent within the 4 working days
after the result of Karnataka S.S.L.C. Examination April 2019 to the college office. They
have to obtain and submit the college application in the college office. Even CBSE/ICSE
and other state 10th standard students should obtain and submit the official application
to the college in person though their result is not yet announced.

a) You have to bring the following documents while submitting the College
application :
1. Cash Payment of College Fee around Rs.5000-00.
2. SSLC/10th Standard Examination Provisional Marks card attested by the Head
Master.
3. Original Transfer Certificate.
4. Character Certificate with one Xerox copy.
5. Income/Caste Certificate if he applies for scholarship and he has reservation.
6. Passport & Stamp size Photo – 5 copies each.
7. SSLC Exam Admission Ticket Xerox copy.
8. Students Bank Pass Book Xerox copy.
9. Photocopy of Aadhar Card of your son/ward.
10. Ration card Xerox copy if available.
b) You have to produce the following to the hostel office and collect selection letter :
1. D.D. for Hostel Fees Rs.48,500-00/Rs.47000-00
6. Students are required to come with their parents for final admission to the hostel and
college on ___-05-2019 before 2:00 PM
7. You have to produce online payment receipt of Welfare Fee for Rs.30000-00.
8. Students are required come with all the essential things such as dress, bed with bed
sheets, trunk with lock, umbrella, bucket, mug, torch light and so on. If it is not possible
to bring them from home, they can purchase from our stationery store.
9. Jeans / Cotton Jeans / Tight Fit Pants / Readymade dresses / Short shirts/ Dark coloured
T-Shirts Red and Black/Radio / Walkman / Pendrive / Mobile phones/Smart
Watch are not allowed.
