`2 SECURITY POLICY
1 Security refundable as per 2 or 5-month tenure.

2 Security refund, if client successfully get a minimum amount of pay-out from company
side.

3 Deposit will not be refundable if

A. If incomplete project is submitted deposit fees will not be refundable at any


circumstances.

B. Because of any condition of circumstances client failed to submit or complete the project
there will be no chance of negotiation.

3 PAYMENTS
(a) If client submit their complete project on time under term and conditions and
mistake level under 50 or 60, then they will get payment from company side.

(1) Mistake level 20, above 20 there will be deduction.


(2) Deduction in payment:

(1) If mistake above 50, then company will not pay any payout and
security charge.

(2) Payment time limit 5 to 7 days after report.

(b) If client not submit their complete project on time under term and conditions,
then they will not get any payment and free project from company side.

*If project rejected, then there will be zero payout from company side.

a. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRANSCRIPTIONS

1. Every line in the Transcribed Data shall match with the Corresponding line in the Image
file, thereby the Transcribe Data shall accurately match the Position of the Image file.

2. Transcribed Data should be typed in LFB Software as provided by the company

3. No "Justification" of Transcribed Text shall be made.

4. Auto Spacing of Paragraphs SHALL NOT be made.


5. The Transcribed Data shall be an Exact Replica of the IMAGE file in terms of a Split in
a Word or at the End of a line.

6. If Transcribed text does not type in LFB Software only.

7. Only Black Colour shall be used irrespective of the Colour of the text in IMAGE File.

8. Accent Characters shall be typed as Normal Characters if understood or could be


replaced by an "_" (underscore) symbols as a standard practice.

9. Transcribed text shall be in it's normal Style - 'Bold' or 'Italics' shall not be used.

b. ERRORS WARRANTING AUTOMATIC REJECTION


1 IF PAGES NUMBER OF SUBMITTED PROJECT DIFFER WITH THE GIVEN
PROJECT.

2 AGREEMENT NOT SIGNED BY CLIENT.

3 IF PROJECT COPY- PASTE.

4 IF NO SUBMISSION ON EMAIL ON TIME.

5 Submission of an Incomplete File.

6 Use of any third-Party Software - including but not limited to 'Microsoft Office'.
