Dystopia Epilogue

After countless reports and sightings of a American militants illegally

crossing into other countries and stealing their products and resources, the rest of
the world knew that there had to be a stop. Almost everyday there would be a
report of an American citizen or a gang of American citizens in other countries
robbing and stealing from innocent people or stores for their food, tools, and
weapons. The Americans pretty much had nothing anymore ever since the
bombings from Russia, they had a scare amount of resources, all their sources of
water had dried out from the drought, and half the survivors of the bombings were
either sick or injured. America was in terrible shape at this point and things weren’t
looking like they were going to brighten up for them anytime soon.

Ever since the attacks from Russia almost every country had become allies
with each other and were way better off and much more peaceful without the
United States presence or ability to intervene. All the countries came together and
decided that they’d leave the U.S. to fend for themselves and do whatever they
wanted to do, as long as it didn’t intrude on any of the other countries. The United
States had no other choice but to accept the offer, because the rest of the country
could’ve easily been wiped off the face of the Earth if they were to disagree. This left
the country in a bad, declining state where almost everybody has nothing, which led
to all the theft around the world from distressed American citizens.

The robberies from the Americans weren’t such a big concern to the rest of
the world for a while, considering the thieves from America were easily handled
with by the police force in the other countries. Police officers would usually shoot
and kill American thieves on sight or apprehend them and have them sent back to
their country. This routine went on for a few years since the bombings, until
eventually something sparked uproar from the rest of the world.

A fairly large group of about 20 American looters had invaded Winnipeg in

Canada and went on a full out spree of looting and robbing from stores and innocent
Canadians. Countless videos of the American looters breaking into stores and
beating down innocent people for their money and things landed on the social
shortly after the crimes were committed the previous night and the entire rest of the
world became enraged by the American’s acts.

They knew it was time to put America back into it’s place once again and
teach them a lesson and to ensure that they’d never try to pull anything like that
again to any other country. All of the world’s most powerful countries came together
and formed a strategic plan to invade what was left of America’s land and to put a
stern and effective leader in charge to lead the American’s on the right path so they
can get back in order.
 After months and planning, Russia, the country that was responsible for
America’s hardships announced that they were deploying a small army to the United
States along with a new powerful leader that was voted into ruling by the rest of the
world in a fair poll. The name of this new ruler was Ellis. He was promised to be
dedicated, strong, open-minded, and effective and he was going to restore peace and
order back into the United States.

On the day of the announcement Ruler Ellis was issued to give an

announcement to the press on live global television for the whole world to see.
When the time of the press conference finally came he gave a 30 minute speech on
what his plans were for the United States and what he was going to do to ensure
order and peace back into the States. Before ending his speech he looked straight
into the camera and “…like a wise man once said “Too much freedom can lead to a
soul’s decay.” And he left the podium. The rest of the world knew what he was up to,
pretty much anyone with a brain knew what he was up to, but anyone who wasn’t
an American didn’t care, they just let him carry on.

Months had passed since the deployment of the military trained forces from
Russia and Ellis came into rule over the United States. The military forces just
seemed to grow more and more since American citizens became more violent. Ellis
kept implementing these harsh and unfair laws for the citizens to abide by and
enforced even harsher and more unfair punishments if these rules and laws weren’t
abided by. Hundreds of people were being killed everyday, the murder rate and
crime rate sky rocketed by 80%, people were still trying to steal from the
neighboring countries and you could see the tension was rising more and more
everyday between Ellis, his army, and the American citizens.

Finally, the day had come where the largest group of American citizens had
formed their own militia and were equipped all of the scavenged items and weapons
they could find to attack and defend themselves. An army of probably 150,000+
people had formed and managed to successfully overpower the opposing military
deployed by Russia. They overthrew Ellis and ruthlessly murdered him and for the
first time in years they had come together in celebration and had worked as a team.

It didn’t take long for the rest of the world to take notice of what had
happened. Russia knew this was going to happen, they had it planned, they just
wanted an excuse to wipe out the rest of America, because just a few days after the
overthrowing of Ellis, a nuclear airstrike was sent down towards what was left of
the United States soil and the rest of the United States was completely wiped off
from the rest of the map in the matter of hours. They were dead, anyone who had
fled the country was either killed or imprisoned.
